#2 Winter Solstice Ritual Candle

This is our original Yule Ritual Candle! Yule is the celebration of the winter solstice and upcoming return of the Sun. The winter solstice is the shortest day, and longest night of the year which means that we will get more and more sunlight every day. This sabbat represents renewal and rebirth, and is commonly celebrated with lights, wreaths, trees and candles.

This candle combines notes of Bayberry and Cyprus to create an authentically traditional Yuletide scent. Bayberry was used as a replacement for candle wax made from animal fat. It produced a much more enjoyable scent, but it took a very large amount of Bayberry to produce these candles. Which is why they were saved for times of celebration and special occasions, particularly Yule!

These candles are made in a vintage Gold Leaf Saucer. The vessel holds approximately 6oz and burns for up to 40 hours. This candle is hand poured and locally made in Pennsylvania.

Crystals Used:

Red Jasper, Clear Quartz, Snowflake Obsidian, Emerald Chips

Herbs and Oils Used:

Bayberry, Fir, Patchouli, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Clove, Cinnamon, Mint, Mistletoe, Cardamom, Cranberry Powder, Glitter, Soy Wax

 Wax used is soy wax made in the USA

The herbs in your candle may catch fire. NEVER burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc. Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets. 

NEVER burn a candle unsupervised - NEVER burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time

DO NOT attempt to eat/consume your candle or any crystals/herbs on the candles - DO NOT POUR WAX ON YOUR SKIN

Candles should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. It is recommended that after burning for four hours, candles be extinguished, allowed to cool for two hours, and trimmed before relighting.Trim candlewicks to ¼ inch each time before burning. 

Stop burning your candle when there is ½ inch of wax remaining.
