#1 Autumnal Equinox Ritual Candle

This is our original Autumnal Equinox Ritual Candle. Mabon is the holiday celebration of the autumnal equinox, the name Mabon started in the 1970s and many enjoy just calling the day the equinox! In the year 2023 the celebration takes place September 23rd (northern hemisphere) but you are welcome to celebrate when you are able to! Scientifically speaking the equinox is when the sun is exactly above the equator and day and night are of equal length. Mabon is the very start of Fall! The days grow shorter, night takes over as the sun slowly creeps out of the sky more and more every day.

This candle is hand poured and locally made in Pennsylvania.

This candle includes notes of pumpkin, brown sugar, clove and cinnamon. Its warm and inviting scent is the perfect way to bring in the cooler months as we prepare to welcome fall.

These candles are made in our signature glass tumbler. The vessel holds approximately 12oz and burn for up to 80 hours.

Crystals Used:

Carnelian, Black Tourmaline, Jade, Kyanite

Herbs and Oils Used:

Allspice, Clove, Hawthorn Berry, Rose, Rosemary, Mugwort, Wormwood, Bay, Cinnamon, Dandelion Root, Burdock Root

 Wax used is soy wax made in the USA

The herbs in your candle may catch fire. NEVER burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc. Keep burning candles out of the reach of children and pets. 

NEVER burn a candle unsupervised - NEVER burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time

DO NOT attempt to eat/consume your candle or any crystals/herbs on the candles - DO NOT POUR WAX ON YOUR SKIN

Candles should not be burned for more than four hours at a time. It is recommended that after burning for four hours, candles be extinguished, allowed to cool for two hours, and trimmed before relighting.Trim candlewicks to ¼ inch each time before burning. 

Stop burning your candle when there is ½ inch of wax remaining.
