You send us your vision and budget ($100 minimum).
We hunt, source, and send you photos and videos in real time as we uncover pieces that match your request.
You approve what you love.
We bring the magic home to you.

This is the most intimate way to experience the gem show from afar.

How this works

This listing is for a $100 deposit, which secures your personal shopping spot and acts as the minimum spend for this service.
Your deposit is applied to the total cost of any pieces you select.

In the rare event we cannot locate anything that fits your request, your deposit will be returned as store credit for future use.

Total budget MAX $10,000 (it's OK if your budget is lower, we work with customers of all walks of life to get you all your dream pieces at the best cost)

• All pieces are approved by you 
• Item prices vary and are separate from shipping costs
• Additional deposits will be required for high-value pieces (over $500)
• Shipping is invoiced once items are packed and ready
• Personal shopping items ship once our pallet arrives in PA and is processed in (Usually within 30 days)
• Freight and insurance options will be coordinated together if required
• All personal shopping sales are final
• We strongly recommend adding Route insurance at checkout
