SHIPPING TIME & RATES: Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (not including spells and readings). Occasionally they may take up to 7-10 business days so please plan ahead when ordering. Rush delivery fees may be available in the case that you need your order in a hurry please reach out to Info@WitchsWayCraft.com and we will do our best to get your order to you before it is needed. We offer flat rate, priority, and priority express shipping, if you want priority express please email us. International shipping is available and calculated based on weight at check out.

We see the same tracking that you do. We do everything correct on my end (Printing your shipping labels directly from your orders with tracking. We hand-deliver each and every order to the post office, hand it to the post person, and watch it get scanned into the USPS/UPS system with tracking. Be sure your shipping address is correct at checkout as we cannot change it. We are NOT responsible after that point but we are always willing to help out with any claims you put in with the mailing system. Things that ship USPS first class this do not include insurance but do have tracking, you may upgrade to priority and pay the extra cost during checkout.
Very Important! If your tracking says “Delivered” and you are stating that you did not receive your order, we will not cover your order. YOU (not us) need to speak to your OWN USPS Postal Service. There is nothing we can do on our end. WE CAN NOT REFUND A PACKAGE YOUR ARE CLAIMING HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN BUT HAS BEEN MARKED DELIVERED BY USPS/UPS/FEDEX/ETC. We ship as per legal guidelines directly from your purchases by printing labels and adding insurance if ordered. We ship to the address you provide at checkout and am unable to edit it at your request or your order will not be covered with buyer/seller protection. We do not reship orders that have been marked as delivered. You must file a missing mail claim with the carrier.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations, this is due to us most likely starting to process or create your order shortly after receiving your confirmation email - you may reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order to see if we're able to make a change but we cannot guarantee it.
We accept returns of products that are unused and unaltered within 10 days of delivery. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items non damaged or non defective merchandise. Buyers must pay return shipping.

All approved returns must be shipped within 30 days from date of initial order delivery. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted
