LEGAL DISCLAIMER & CANDLE SAFETY AGREEMENT

By purchasing or using any product from Witch’s Way Craft LLC & Thirteen Circles, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

All candles, ritual tools, crystals, botanicals, and spiritual products are used at your own risk. Burn at your own risk as well. Witch’s Way Craft LLC is not legally responsible for any damage, injury, loss, fire, breakage, allergic reaction, or adverse outcome resulting from the use, misuse, improper handling, modification, or unattended burning of any product.

By purchasing and/or using our products, you assume full responsibility for your personal safety, your property, and all outcomes associated with use. You agree to release and hold harmless Witch’s Way Craft LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from product use.

 *WE MUST LEGALLY STATE THAT HERB & STONE INFUSED CANDLES OR CANDLES IN VINTAGE VESSELS ARE FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY* BURN AT YOUR OWN RISK 

Fire & Candle Safety Requirements

Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, injury, or property damage.

  • NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.

  • NEVER burn near flammable items (furniture, curtains, bedding, paper, décor, carpets, books, etc.).

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Always burn on a stable, heat-safe surface.

  • Keep a fire extinguisher or fire-suppression device nearby.

  • Trim wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

  • Do not burn longer than 4 hours at a time.

  • Allow candle to cool at least 2 hours before relighting.

  • Discontinue use when ¾ inch of wax or more remains. Do NOT allow candle to burn itself out.

  • Remove or strongly monitor herbs, crystals, charms, and decorative elements to prevent flame obstruction or overheating.

  • Crystal volume may make wax appear deeper than it is — remove crystals, monitor closely as to not drown the wick.

Glass containers (especially vintage or tapered glassware) may become extremely hot and can crack or shatter if overheated. Burn in shorter intervals when using specialty or vintage vessels. Witch’s Way Craft LLC is not responsible for glass breakage or heat-related damage once the product has been safely delivered by the carrier.

Botanical & Crystal Candle Disclaimer

Our candles may contain herbs, flowers, resins, oils, and crystals.

  • Botanicals are flammable and may ignite. Remove from candle before use. Burn with heightened awareness.

  • Crystals may shift, crack, pop, or become extremely hot. This is dangerous. Remove them before use.

  • Crystals may arrive loose from vessel. 

  • Remove non-wax items before lighting if necessary for safety.

  • Do NOT ingest herbs, wax, oils, or crystals.

  • Do NOT insert crystals or any product components into bodily orifices.

All candles are produced using shared equipment. We cannot guarantee products are free from allergens. Use with caution if you have sensitivities to fragrance, herbs, or botanical materials.

Spell Candle Guidelines

Each spelled candle includes ritual guidance specific to that working. Instructions are provided with purchase and are not distributed separately.

For best practice:

  • Do not burn your candle all at once EVER - for safety reasons

  • Set clear intentions before each lighting.

  • Focus on your desired outcome while the candle burns.

  • Extinguish safely (snuffing is recommended).

  • Do not consume food or drink items used as offerings.

Use discernment and personal responsibility in all ritual practices.
