How much is shipping? Do you ship worldwide?


We ship worldwide. Shipping is based on weight calculated by USPS/UPS pricing. Please add all the items you would like to purchase to your cart and begin check out by entering your shipping address, our website will then show you pricing options for shipping. As of 2022 our shipping rates have increased due to the rise in costs from the carriers.

Shipping within the USA is as follows:

Up to 8 ounces $4.00

 8 ounces to 1 pounds $8.00

1-2.5 pounds $10.85

 2.5-3.5 pounds $12.85

3.5-5 pounds $15.00

5+ pounds $20.00

Occasionally for very large LIVE SALE purchases we will charge over $20 per shipment due to the weight and charges of shipping carriers.

 If there is a cost difference of over $2 in shipping we will refund the overage once the order has shipped. 


I just placed my order!!! When will it ship?

We normally ship within 3 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) but occasionally can ship faster. During holidays (October to December) and other busy times orders can take up to 10 business days to ship. If you need an order quickly please email us at to discuss rush fees or alternate shipping options. we charge a $10 per item rush fee. 

I claimed something during your live sale and came in first, how/when will I be invoiced and when is payment due?

We send invoices via instagram DM after the 2nd live of the week (we usually do them 2 days in a row). Invoices are ALWAYS DUE TO BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS of invoicing day (48 hours from the end of the last live sale). Late payments will not be accepted. Non payment will result in blocking and being banned from future live sales.

Can I return my items?

We accept returns of products that are unused and unaltered within 10 days of delivery. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged or not defective. Buyers must pay return shipping. 

If there is any damage OR your products are not as described please reach out to us at within 5 days of receiving your order. .

Help! My item showed up broken/damaged/not as described, what do I do?

While we do our best to package our items well sometimes things like our more fragile items can break or be damaged in the shipping process. If this happens to any of your orders please email us at with YOUR ORDER NUMBER and photos of the package (label/any fragile stickers), packaging, and damaged item within 5 days of delivery. We will discuss options of refunding or replacing! DO NOT message us on Instagram as we receive hundreds of DMs and may miss yours.

Items that arrive damaged must first have a carrier insurance claim opened. Please email us at to learn how to start the process. 

We do not refund/reship *missing* or *stolen* packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, you will need to file a missing mail claim with the mail carrier.

How can I safely use my candle?

By purchasing any of our candles you agree you have read the rules, can safely use your candle, and will not hold Witch's Way Craft LLC responsible for any damage or destruction caused by our products.

Do I have to be a witch to use a spell candle?

Absolutely not! Our spell candles come packed with magickal goods that do the work on it's own, it's okay if it's your first time or if you're uncomfortable preforming a ritual. It's the energy and intention that matters.


How do I properly use a spell/ritual candle? 

Every spell/ritual candle with the exception of Brighter Days (that one is ready to just burn!) comes with instructions and guidelines on how to properly and effectively use it. To view our candle safety info click here

Do you donate any of your profits? How does your company give back?

On top of our ethical and conscious sourcing of our inventory and supplies. Witch’s Way Craft strives to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their order from us and do our best to give back to the community. We use spare space in our home/offices to foster cats and volunteer with Project Meow, a local Philadelphia non profit cat rescue. We make a conscious effort to donate a portion of our proceeds to many causes,

Can I get some free samples???

Due to the size of our very small team we are unable to offer free products to anyone. However, we do try to add in little surprises to our loyal customers orders!


Do you offer wholesale? What about bulk pricing for non businesses?

Not all of our items are available for wholesale but many are. Please email us at with a copy or your resale certificate or wholesale license to receive info on our wholesale pricing. WE CANNOT GIVE YOU WHOLESALE PRICING WITHOUT PROPER BUSINESS DOCUMENTATION. 

Bulk pricing discounts for none businesses starts at a MINIMUM quantity of 8-12 pieces depending on the item. Please email us at with the item(s) and quantity you are interested in to receive a quote. 

Can you cast a spell for me?

While we no longer offer custom spell work, we do occasionally cast group rituals during full or new moons and other events. Keep an eye on our social media and emails to see when we open spots!

Lily has been a practicing witch for 17+ years.


I've been thinking of starting my own crystal/witchy shop? How did you start? Can you send me all your connects and suppliers?

Congrats on your venture! We started this company after being suddenly laid off from a corporate job at 24 years old. We started on Etsy just selling our handmade candles and expanded our products through what speaks to our soul. We are unable to share our supplier information free of charge. Can you do custom shapes for crystals? How about custom candles?

We do not offer custom shapes or crystal requests at this time. We also do not accept your own crystals being shipped to us/our cutters to be individually cut.

 We do offer custom spelled candles. Custom Spell/Ritual candles MOQ is $300. Custom spell candle can be made, our minimums for customs are a minimum quantity starting with 6 candles at $50 a piece in apothecary glass jars. We can discuss other vessels etc and premium charges if you prefer vintage glass or certain characteristics. Custom items may take 3 to 6 weeks to produce.
