How much is shipping? Do you ship worldwide?


We do ship orders! We also offer FREE shipping on US orders over $200 and offer free in-store pick up ! Shipping is based on weight calculated by USPS/UPS pricing. Please add all the items you would like to purchase to your cart and begin check out by entering your shipping address, our website will then show you pricing options for shipping. As of 2022 our shipping rates have increased due to the rise in costs from the carriers.

Shipping within the USA is as follows:

Up to 8 ounces $5.00

8 ounces to 1 pounds $8.00

1-2 pounds $10.85

2-3.5 pounds $12.85

3.5-5 pounds $15.00

5+ pounds $20.00

FREE $200+ (exclusions may apply)


International shipping is selected by the customer at check out - these rates are exactly what we are charged and not a penny more. 

Occasionally for very large LIVE SALE purchases we will charge over $20 per shipment due to the weight and charges of shipping carriers. 

I just placed my order!!! When will it ship?

We normally ship within 3 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) but occasionally can ship faster. During holidays (October to December) and other busy times orders can take up to 10 business days to ship. If you need an order quickly please email us at to discuss rush fees or alternate shipping options. we charge a $10 per item rush fee. 

I claimed something during your live sale and came in first, how/when will I be invoiced and when is payment due?

We send invoices via instagram DM the day after our live sales. Invoices are ALWAYS DUE TO BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS. Late payments will not be accepted. Non payment will result in blocking and being banned from future live sales.

Can I return my items/Cancel an order?

We accept returns of products that are unused and unaltered within 10 days of delivery. We charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged or not defective. Buyers must pay return shipping. Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded on non damaged items.

Order cancellation requests made after 48 hours of purchasing will result in a non refundable 20% restocking fee. 

If there is any damage OR your products are not as described please reach out to us at within 5 days of receiving your order.

For instore returns at Thirteen Circles - please bring proof of purchase and items into store within 14 days of purchase. Items may be subject to restocking fee. 

Help! My item showed up broken/damaged/not as described, what do I do?

While we do our best to package our items well sometimes things like our more fragile items can break or be damaged in the shipping process. If this happens to any of your orders please email us at with YOUR ORDER NUMBER and photos of the package (label/any fragile stickers), packaging, and damaged item within 5 days of delivery. We will discuss options of refunding or replacing! DO NOT message us on Instagram as we receive hundreds of DMs and may miss yours.

Items that arrive damaged must first have a carrier insurance claim opened. Please email us at to learn how to start the process. 

We do not refund/reship *missing* or *stolen* packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier, you will need to file a missing mail claim with the mail carrier.

Are you a real witch?

Lily has been a practicing witch for 17+ years.

Do you offer readings?

Yes! Lily has been practicing palmistry for 15 years. She has read thousands of peoples palms and tarot cards! To schedule a reading click HERE or text 484-535-4646 for availability. Palm readings MUST be done in person. 

Can you accommodate private parties in your shop our do house calls?

Yes! We can accommodate small private events in our space (15 people or less) for shopping nights, palm/tarot reading parties, group rituals/private classes and more! Please email us at for more info.

Do I have to be a witch to use a spell candle?

Absolutely not! Our spell candles come packed with magickal goods that do the work on it's own, it's okay if it's your first time or if you're uncomfortable preforming a ritual. It's the energy and intention that matters.

How can I safely/properly use my candle?

Every spell/ritual candle with the exception of Brighter Days (that one is ready to just burn!) comes with instructions and guidelines on how to properly and effectively use it. Please view our Crystal and Candle Safety & Instructions here

By purchasing any of our candles you agree you have read the rules, can safely use your candle, and will not hold Witch's Way Craft LLC responsible for any damage or destruction caused by our products.

Can you do custom shapes for crystals? How about custom candles?

We do not offer custom shapes or crystal requests at this time. We also do not accept your own crystals being shipped to us/our cutters to be individually cut.

We do offer custom spelled/ritual candles. Custom Spell/Ritual candles MOQ  of 6 candles in classic tumbler jars. Vintage & other vessels etc can be used for a premium charge. Custom instructions and incantations can be written as well. Custom items may take 3 to 6 weeks to produce, . Please email us at for custom candle requests.


I have an allergy concern.

If you have an allergy concern regarding materials used in our products, please email us at to inform us. We will do our best to accommodate you!  

Do you buy crystals and items from personal collections? I need to identify a crystal or piece I got from a different business, do you offer stone ID services? I have stuff I want to sell!

We do not buy or resell from personal collections. We work direct with the mines, designers, and carvers of our stones to ensure ethical and fair trade sourcing as well as authenticity of the stones. We are also unable to purchase antiques and vintage from personal collections and estates. We are unable to verify and ID pieces from personal collections. Messages and emails on this matter will go unreplied to as they get filtered to spam.

Do you donate any of your profits? How does your company give back?

On top of our ethical and conscious sourcing of our inventory and supplies. Witch’s Way Craft strives to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their order from us and do our best to give back to the community. We use spare space in our home/offices to foster cats and volunteer with Project Meow, a local Philadelphia non profit cat rescue. We make a conscious effort to donate a portion of our proceeds to many causes,

Can you cast a spell for me?

We do NOT preform spells for hire. However we do offer palm and tarot readings for private events and have limited online blocks for palm and tarot readings with Lily available here

We do occasionally cast group rituals during full or new moons and other events. Keep an eye on our social media and emails to see when we open spots!
