Beltane Simmer Pot - Tinkers Co.

$12

Handmade locally in Conshohocken PA by Tinkers Co.

Simmer pots are used to celebrate the change of seasons and for cleansing your space. They are a natural way to add scent and humidity to your home. They use herbal magick as well as all four elements; water, herbs (Earth), heat (fire), & steam (air).

Beltane or May Day is the celebration of the midpoint between the spring equinox and summer solstice. It is usually celebrated on May 1st or the evening of April 31st. Beltane is a fire festival, celebrating the height of spring as well as the light and growth to come.

Contents include:

Orange for Happiness and Abundance, Primrose for Renewal, Calendula for Protection, Meadowsweet for Harmony, Hibiscus for Love and Divination, Honeysuckle for Success and Abundance, Sweet Woodruff for Victory, and Hawthorn Berry for Fertility and Faerie Magick

Directions:

Fill a small pot half full with water. You may write things you desire on the included bay leaves prior to adding them to the pot.

Concentrate on your intentions as you add the contents of the simmer packet to your pot. Stir clockwise if your intent is to attract something, or counterclockwise if your intent is banishing.

Bring to a boil over a medium heat and then lower heat to simmer uncovered. Add more water if necessary to keep the ingredients free flowing.

Contents can be cooled, covered and refrigerated to be reused until degraded. The ingredients can be discarded by returning to the Earth.

*Do not leave unattended, do not consume, do not use if allergic to any ingredients
