THIS $100 LISTING IS FOR YOUR DEPOSIT ONLY AND TO ENSURE WE ARE ABLE TO SEARCH FOR YOU ITEMS DURING OUR TIME AT THE SHOW: This deposit is the $100 minimum required spend for gem show personal shopping and will be applied to the total cost of the select items found for you at the show! This deposit can be refunded in the form of a gift card/store credit in the rare event we are unable to find any items as requested.

IN ORDER TO STREAMLINE THIS PROCESS FOR BOTH OF US PLEASE BE SURE TO LET US KNOW THE FOLLOWING 

• $ BUDGET - per piece and/or per total shopping experience ($100 is the starting amount for personal shopping but can go above and beyond if you are looking for  truly STUNNING gem show statement piece) 
• If you have a specific list of exact pieces you want EXAMPLE (size 8 morganite ring in 14k+ gold $500 or less, Amethyst wings under $5K, crystal snail carving any stone type, fossilized amber with spider in it, )
• Any other specific details on what you are searching for! You truly cannot be too specific, think of descriptions the size, color, price, shape.

BUDGET IS VERY IMPORTANT TO SEND! 

If personal shopping doesn’t feel like the vibe for you, consider a mystery crystal box from the gem show instead!

BY PURCHASING THIS LISTING YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: 

$100 Minimum for this personal shopping experience. This $100 deposit listing is to reserve your time/spot. IN the rare event we are unable to find any items from your list - your deposit can be reissued as a shop credit to use as you wish! 

Actual item costs may vary - we will ALWAYS send you photos/videos and get your confirmation before purchasing items. Additional $ deposits may be required if the request piece is over a certain amount. COST OF PIECES DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING COST. You must pay for any piece that you confirm you want.

SHIPPING: Shipping costs are based on weight/size finalf shipping costs will be invoiced once item(s) are packed and ready to ship.  Gem show personal shopping boxes will be shipped AFTER we return from the show and receive our pallet - ETA mid/late Feb 2025. All items will ship after all costs have been paid.
